DIGIAGE Registration Form Clarification Text

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), your personal data may be processed by DIGIAGE within the scope described below. This Clarification Text will be updated by DIGIAGE when necessary and its current version will be published.

FOR WHAT PURPOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED

Your responses to the DIGIAGE registration form, the visual and audio data you have shared with us, and your personal data we obtain for the purpose of ensuring communication and coordination during the program will be processed in accordance with the basic principles for the processing of personal data stipulated in the Law, in order to achieve the purposes specified in the clarification text. Your personal data that you have shared with us during the application process may be processed by DIGIAGE for the purposes of ensuring the operation of the program and managing the processes, communicating with you during the program, measuring your participation in the program, providing you with certificates and trainings without any problems, sharing with project stakeholders for reporting purposes in order to carry out the program evaluation process, ensuring the security of the program and ensuring compliance with legal obligations ("Purposes").

YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

In order to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, we process your personal data limited to your identity, communication and personal data necessary to present the program to you during the program.

TO WHOM AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE TRANSFER THE PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA?

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our project stakeholders and service providers to the extent necessary for the realization of the above-mentioned Purposes and only to the extent limited to this.

METHOD AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected electronically and/or physically through the registration form and the communication channels you use to contact us, etc. Your personal data is processed within the scope of your explicit consent in order to fulfill our obligations under the DIGIAGE user agreement.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this statement, unless a shorter or longer retention period is required or to the extent permitted under applicable law. Accordingly, we rely on the periods stipulated by law, in particular statutory limitation periods, as well as the periods deemed necessary for the processing of the data.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER LISTED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW

As a personal data subject, we inform you that you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:

Request information if their personal data has been processed,

To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

To object to the occurrence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

To demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
