\n STEP 1: Application form <\/a><\/h4>
Participants will answer questions showing general information about themselves and their imagination, and send a motivational video.<\/span><\/div>\n <\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div>

\n STEP 2: Performance Test <\/a><\/h4>
Cognitive and psychological tests will be applied to the participants' speed of understanding the questions and their ability to answer the questions.<\/span><\/div>\n <\/a><\/div><\/div><\/div>
